IFE-Tebel Technologies has been founded in 1976 as Tebel Pneumatiek b.v. and since the year 2000 joining its lifeline with IFE Automatic Door Systems, which was established in 1947 as an institute for research and development.

Nowadays the IFE-group has become a world wide market leader for automatic, electro-pneumatic or electric powered door systems for rolling stock, as well the hereto related access devices (such as Ramps, Steps, etc…), with the  brands IFE-, Kiekert-, Tebel- and WMW-doors integrated.

Furthermore due to the integration into the Knorr-Bremse group the full support of one of the leading suppliers of brake systems for the Railway and Automotive (Trucks) industry world wide is realized, which offers the possibility to be present in almost all countries with a local representative.
